Intro to Yoga

A three-week, 3-session, workshop focused on the basics of yoga. The Goal of this class is to teach students proper alignment in poses, familiarize students with the terms and flow of a typical yoga class, identify and define the different types of yoga and empower individuals to stay grounded while exploring the (sometimes intimidating) world of yoga.
