Our process will begin by collaboratively mapping the existing work and culture of your group. We will define challenges, and the changes you wish to see. Then, we will craft practices, structures, assessment tools, and systems of support that serve the work you do and how it needs to be done. We work from a place of collaboration and active learning, with human-centered design principles at the core of every process.


CLIENT Narratives


New York University

NYU Tisch School of the Arts needed to better understand a multimillion dollar web-identity project and C-level hire before they conducted searches for vendors and a leader. The Deputy Dean, who engaged us, had been through similar organization-wide projects, when employed by other institutions, and knew the potential for failure if they did not take this crucial step and hire us.


Georgia Tech

The Georgia Institute of Technology decided to create an Office of the Arts, poised to infuse the entire campus / community with creativity and innovative thinking. As their inaugural director stepped into their role, they knew they needed a process by which to understand and map what was already in place and then co-create a strategic roadmap for future programs / projects and ways of meeting their mandate.


New Inc

NEW INC, an incubator focused on ventures that sit at the intersection of art+tech+design, had two discrete, interrelated needs: 1) They needed to design a year-long professional and organizational development program for their cohort of 80+ projects / teams, and ways to measure its success. 2) They needed a consultant to run the program and help to shepherd each project from idea to launch.
